Grave tidying and visits in Worcestershire
It can sometimes be hard to get to get to a loved one's grave or memorial site. Perhaps you live in a different part of the country, or maybe the cemetery is not easily accessible without a car. It could even be that you find it too much emotionally to attend the grave on a regular basis or don't feel comfortable being in that space.
You can still pay your respects even if you're not there, physically. If your loved one is at rest in Worcestershire or the West Midlands, I can attend their grave or memorial site on your behalf and carry out light tidying such as cleaning headstones and replacing old flowers with new ones. I can also leave messages on cards so that your loved one will know that they are still in your heart.

What maintenance tasks can you do?
I can support with giving headstones and plaques a clean, clearing away old flowers and replacing them with new ones, and removing weeds that may have grown over the gravesite. I can also add new decorations at your request.
Can you do regular visits throughout the year?
Absolutely. Grave maintenance visits can be both as a one-off or as regular as feel that you need. Regular visits can give you peace of mind that your loved one's grave or memorial will always be kept in the best possible condition throughout the year, even if you're not able to be there yourself.
I would like to visit my loved one's grave more often but it's hard for me to get there. Could you help?
I know from tending to the graves of my own family members that it can be an emotional experience. Sometimes, having someone else there to share your memories with or talk about the good times you had can be a real comfort. If you live in the Worcestershire region. and have a loved one at rest in one of the county's cemeteries, I can take you to see your loved one and stay with you while you pay your respects.
What about flowers and decorations?
I am familiar with several florists around the Worcester area and can collect orders for flowers and graveside decorations from them on your behalf. I can also leave a written message on a card for your loved one at the grave.
How long would a grave visit last?
Grave visits can be as long or as short as you feel is needed. For plots in need of a bit of extra TLC and weed clearing, this may take a couple of hours.
